"This was the most pleasant experience I have had ever dealing with an insurance company. Jill at state farm replied to my email messages immediately over the course of a week as well as when I sent a message on a Sunday night I was called right at exactly 9am Monday when I said I would be available! The pricing for my car and condo insurance also were the best I can find for the coverage I wanted. Jill explained everything in easy to understand words and was very patient with my many questions and concerns."

"I have been a State Farm customer for 30 years. I was having difficulty getting homeowner insurance for a new property and was ready to leave State Farm completely. I called and voiced my frustration again. Finally, after dealing with this for six months Marilyn Anderson’s team solved my problem in 15 minutes."

"Would leave a 0 star review if I could. I had asked at the beginning of the process if my car would be insured (due to the high theft rate of the make/model) and was told that it would not be a problem at all. Two months later I received a letter (no call from my agent or even an email) telling me that my insurance will expire because I did not have a passive immobilizer installed (even though I did the recall and the software was updated). I was then told that even if I purchased an aftermarket product to fix the issue (that had already been fixed in the recall) there was no guarantee that my policy would be reinstated. Further, State Farm has not resumed coverage of any vehicle that had an aftermarket immobilizer installed (which again fixed the issue that was already fixed with the recall). Nobody at this office could give me any direction on what to do in order to maintain my coverage. The cherry on top was that my homeowners insurance would increase because I would have to move my auto insurance somewhere else."
